PRE SALE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE

CIFER S.A.U. channels queries promoted by customers, and answers or transfers these to the technical services of the supplier or factory specialists in the field. The case/query will not be closed until the client get the information she/he considers satisfactory.

Technical queries from our customers are separated into three different groups:

ENQUIRIES ABOUT MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
This type of queries will be resolved directly by the staff of the Commercial Department or the Department of Quality.

ENQUIRIES ABOUT HANDLING AND USE OF MATERIALS
Such consultations may require, in most cases, the technical assistance of experts in the matter or by the technical services from the supplying factories .
The documentation recieved will be sent to the customer by the Department of Quality.

PRODUCT INFORMATION OR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED BY CIFER
This type of queries will be resolved directly by the staff of the Commercial Department, and will serve as the basis for knowledge of new products or services that our customers could demmand us in the future.
